Courtyard Limestone Wall Fountain with a Gadrooned Bowl

Photographed in service in a plastered courtyard, this reclaimed limestone wall fountain runs a thin steady stream from a carved lion mask into a gadrooned half bowl and on into a canted apron basin held full. The backplate is coursed in blocks that vary from cream through to deep honey, and the composition finishes above the cornice with a broken scrolled pediment and a carved artichoke finial. A trained climber reaches across the stone alongside it. Suited to enclosed courtyards, garden walls, estate gardens and hospitality projects.
